Serve God and humanity with talents, cleric urges

Nigerians of all faiths and political leanings have been counselled to use their time, talents, and treasures to serveGod and mankind, in order to turn around the fortunes of the country.

And they are to make life more meaningful for one another, said the assistant pastor of Christ Healing Evangelical Church, 1Anglesea Mews, Woolwich, London SE18 6ER.

MosesAdenoworeiterated in a sermon entitled “Employees and Times” thatsince God is the employer of mankind, allemployees must display their stewardship graciously to obtain God’spromotion to greater heights at all times.

He urged the congregation to be worthy servants and employees of God, and admonished leaders to rule with the fear ofGod and to provide succour against financial and emotional painsexperienced nationwide.

Adenowowarned political leaders not to betray the electorate andpoor masses who voted them into office, stressing theneed to revamp socio-economic infrastructure and return the nation to the status of its dream.

He encouraged Nigerians to explore all opportunitiesto revamp the economy.
