Ndume slams Daniel Bwala, says “credible people know who [he] is”

Daniel Bwala – who enjoys swipes at Peter Obi for nothing – is a political turncoat without relevance seeking crumbs from the dining table of Bola Tinubu by attacking political opponents of the President, Senator Ali Ndume (APC, Borno South), has said.

Bwala, former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign spokesman, cannot be trusted because he can only be used to attack political opponents, Ndume added, and warned Tinubu to be wary of him.

Bwala had jumped from the All Progressives Congress (APC) ,where he was one of Tinubu’s hatchet men, and teamed up with the Atiku Abubakar campaign when he though the man was going to win the election in 2023.

He has since been parroting praises of Tinubu, posting social media pictures of him hobnobbing with the Villa man in London and even when he pursued him to Mecca, to curry favour and get back into the APC.

Bwala is at loggerheads with Ndume, a loud critic of Tinubu whom he accused of fencing himself off from lawmakers, preferring to cozy up with and be misled by his inner circle, among them, his Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila and Media Adviser Bayo Onanuga, his attack dog.

Ndume swooped on Ndume at his home in Borno where he bared his mind to journalists.

“We have credible people in the Hawul local government area, and they know who Daniel Bwala is.

“In fact, when I saw his message on X handle, I thought it was Inuwa Bwala, who was the former Caretaker Chairman of Hawul and a renowned journalist. I quickly drew his attention to it, which he said, he was not the one,” Ndume disclosed.

“Later, I was made to understand that it is Daniel Bwala who has no political relevance as far as Southern Borno is concerned.

“All I can say is that Bwala is trying to get sympathy from Mr. President.

“Bwala was once a member of the APC, but later ran away shamelessly and joined former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, where he started accusing Tinubu with all sorts of abusive and insulting words on live television. Bwala can only be useful in attacking people.”
