The Champions League match between Bayern Munich and Barcelona on Tuesday night might have come and gone, but one cheeky moment between two players of the Bundesliga outfit sent the internet buzzing.

Revealing the conversation between him and Sadio Mane who joined the German club from Liverpool, Muller said the Senegalese has been teasing him about passing to Lewandowski thinking he is still in Bayern during the Champions League group match.

“For the past 10 days, Sadio [Mane] has been having fun telling me not to pass the ball to Lewy by accident,” Muller said in a news conference.

“We have to play our game, but we can’t let Lewy play his game.

“He’s a top striker, he’s dangerous in or close to the box. We have to stop him from getting into shooting positions,” he added.

Bayern Munich won the home encounter 2-0 to remain on top of Group C which also has Serie A side Inter Milan and Czech Republic’s top division football outfit, Viktoria Pizen.
