In his view, both Spanish managers are similar in their desires to win every game no matter who they play and their winning mentality is there for all to see.
Mikel Arteta brought in Jorginho from west London outfit, Chelsea to add depth to the Gunners squad and help them challenge for the Premier League title this season after missing out on in-form Brighton’s midfielder, Moses Caicedo.
Speaking to VBET News Zinchenko said he believes the Italian would help Arsenal in their quest to win the Premier League for the first time since 2004.
He said: “He [Jorginho] is an amazing player, with a big personality. Huge experience as well.
“He is a winner, he knows how to win. And for sure he’s going to help us a lot.”
While comparing Arteta with Guardiola, he said even though they have their differences, they both have a winning mentality.
“There are a lot of similarities between Arteta and Guardiola, but obviously, everyone is a bit different, and still, there is some difference between them as well.
“But the similarity is that both of them want to win every single game, and that’s the most important thing,” Zinchenko added.
