Jones was responding to a story published by TheNiche on Friday about the app.

“We don’t want to “take on” WhatsApp, we just want to offer the world a private messaging platform that allows us to control our content,” Jones told TheNiche.

According to him, the Android version of Yeo is coming in the “next couple of weeks, desktop second quarter” and “no web,” Alan said.

Yeo provides end-to-end encryption and complete with facial recognition. It allows the sender control contents. The sender determines when and where a recipient views a message.

The geo-location embedded in Yeo allows the sender to set the perimeter for where a recipient views a message. The sender can remote-delete files, photos and messages on the recipient’s app.
