Xenophobia or Afrophobia, Lead City University brainstorms in lecture

The theme of this year’s first annual roundtable of the department of Politics and international relations of Lead City University Ibadan is Xenophobia or Afrophobia: Causes, consequences and Corrections    

The lead speaker is Professor Isaac Olawale of the Institute for Peace and Strategic Studies, University of Ibadan.

The discussants include; Professor Ayo Olukotun, the chair in governance, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Professor Tunji Olaopa, executive vice-chairman, Ibadan School of Government and Public Policy, Professor Akeem Amodu from Lead City University and Dr Olubunmi Akande, Durban University of Technology, South Africa.

According to an invite from Dr Tunde Oseni, who is the head, Politics and International Relations department of Lead City University, Ibadan, the event would hold on September 26 to celebrate the 77th birthday of erudite scholar, Professor Alaba Ogunsanwo.
