Wizkid’s ‘Morayo’ falls short as Davido’s ‘Timeless’ remains unbeaten

Ace singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has bragged about his Timeless album holding the top 16 spot on Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Songs Chart.
Davido’s action comes amid report of Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid whose latest album, Morayo, shatters multiple spotify records but the tracks from the album failed to reach the top 16 on the Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Tracks Chart for two days in a row, a record set by Davido’s ‘Timeless’ in 2016.
Following Wizkid’s failure to break Davido’s record, a music-monitoring platform, The Data Dash wrote via X, “@davido remains the only artist to occupy the Top 16 spots on the Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Songs Chart for 2 consecutive days, with all new songs from his album ‘Timeless’.”
Reposting, Davido bragged, “Remains the only!”
