Wizkid during an interview also insisted he can quit singing because he has made enough money from music

Ace Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has told his fans and other music lovers that his 6th album will be released soon.
The Grammy award-winning singer, who turned 33 on Sunday, July 16, made this known during an interview with Capital Extra’s Manny Norte, where he also claimed he has made enough money from music to retire.
It all started when the show anchor said the last time they met, the Starboy honcho told him that he “got enough music to retire.”

Responding, Wizkid agreed with him and said: “Come on, my brother. And we are still recording music everyday [laughs]. So, imagine how much music I have now.”
The ‘Essence’ crooner during the chat went on to tell his fans all over the world that he is about to release his sixth studio album.
Speaking during the interview he further said; “I got a new album ready, bro. New Wiz’s album. I’m dropping a new song next week. In a couple of days, mehn.”
