An aggrieved aspirant for Enugu West Senatorial District ticket on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Osita Okechukwu, has alleged that the party’s national chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, who is said to have absconded to the United States after a brush with the Department of State Security (DSS) seemed to have run away from duty to evade the substitution window meant to redress the grievances of the casualties of his alleged inactions.
Okechukwu who is the Director-General of Voice of Nigeria (VON) addressed journalists yesterday in Abuja where he once again called on the APC national chairman to resign.
Okechukwu, who protested against the primary held in Enugu State, said Oshiomhole’s alleged undue substitution of candidates’ were already in the public domain.
