Titi Atiku-Abubakar, wife of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar, has said that her husband is contesting the 2023 Presidency in order to rescue Nigeria.
Titi spoke on Monday at the PDP presidential rally held at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.
She commended the women and youths for defying the sun to attend the rally.
Titi urged Nigerians to use their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) to show that they are tired of suffering.
Stressing that it would not be easy to wrestle power from APC, she urged the people to show resilience and determination.
“Atiku Abubakar has come to rescue Nigeria. Atiku has come to save Nigerians from the bondage of poverty and hardship. If you can vote for Atiku Abubakar, your sufferings will be over,” Titi said.
