West Ham won today’s London derby as they defeated Spurs 1-0 at home.

Tottenham Hotspot largely dominated possession in the game but could not make it count as the home side edged the intriguing match.

Both sides had chances to score in the first half but none took the opportunities that came their way.

West Ham finally broke the duck in the second half through Michail Antonio, who scored from an assist from Aaron Crosswell in the 72nd minute, to make it 1-0 to the home side.

Tottenham had late opportunities to equalize after conceding the goal, but the home side were resolute at the back.

In the match between English Premier League (EPL) newcomer Brentford and Wilfred Ndidi’s Leicester City, the Foxes beat the home side to earn the 3points at stake.

Youri Tielemans opened the scoring with a screamer from a long-range goal in the first half to give Leicester the lead in the 14th minute.

The home side made it 1-1 in the second half, when Mathias Joergensen equalized for Brentford, in the 60th minute after a pass from Mathias Jensen.

The game took another twist in the 74th minute when Leicester scored again through James Maddison, who finished off a great pass from Paston Daka to end the game 2-1 in Leicesters’ favor.
