The thousands of fans who gathered at a concert in Tanzania to see Kizz Daniel perform the Buga song, turned violent and destroyed everything within sight after the musician refused to show up.
It is not clear why the Buga maestro refused to show up at the event. Some have speculated that it might not be unrelated to a possible contractual disagreement between him and the organizers of the event.
Kizz Daniel has now been arrested by the Tanzanian police following his failure to appear at the concert.

The event was fixed for last night. The venue was fill to capacity with anxious fans waiting for Kizz Daniel appearance only to be told that he won’t be showing up.
Fans of the singer went home disappointed after paying to attend the show. Some who could not stomach the disappointment, destroyed whatever they could lay their hands on.
A video showing the concert goers throwing objects on the empty stage after waiting hours for the Buga singer, has been trending on social media. Many are seen walking out, while angrily voicing their displeasure.
A video also of Tanzanian police officers leading Kizz Daniel to a waiting rickety pickup, has also surfaced online. The Buga crooner was hurled at the back of the pickup with one of the police officers ranting that: “you must go for it for causing damage to this country.”
