Internet activist and influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, better known as VeryDarkMan has disclosed the source of the audio recording of popular cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky he leaked recently.
According to him, he obtained the now-viral voice recording from an individual Bobrisky is indebted to.
Speaking while appearing before the House of Representatives Joint Committee on Financial Crimes and Reformatory Institutions yesterday to address bribery allegations he levelled against Bobrisky, VeryDarkMan initially hesitated to speak in the cross dresser’s absence, but his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, convinced him to proceed.
During the testimony, he disclosed that he received the widely circulated audio recording from someone who had lent money to Bobrisky.

He further alleged that the amount was provided to Bobrisky while the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detained her on June 19, 2024.
“I came into possession of that recording because Bobrisky was blackmailing someone they owed money to,” he explained. “The individual lent Bobrisky N4 million during her detention or while in a private residence. This transaction was made to a Kuda account belonging to Abiodun Okuneye, who appears to be her brother. When it came time to repay the loan, the lender requested the money back to settle his bills in Lagos, but Bobrisky failed to respond.”
He added, “I have a chat where Bobrisky was pressuring the individual for immediate repayment after seeing my video, as well as the messages where she attempted to blackmail him about the loan.”
TheNiche had earlier reported that VeryDarkMan alleged that Bobrisky bragged that he bribed officials of EFCC with N15 million to drop money laundering charge against him.
In a now-viral audio recording he leaked on social media, Bobrisky, who was sentenced to a four-month jail term in April 2024 over mutilation of Naira also claimed he spent his jail term in a private apartment close to the Lagos correctional centre and not the prison.
He went on to state that singer, Falz contacted him about obtaining a presidential pardon for him through his father, human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, for N10 million.
