Lindsey Graham asks if there is a Brutus in Russia or a successful Colonel Stauffenberg to do the job

The turmoil created in the world with the invasion of Ukraine by Russia can only go away if somebody volunteers to take out Vladimir Putin, says U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham.

“The only way this ends is for somebody in Russia to take this guy out,” Mr Graham tweeted on Thursday.

Lindsey Graham asked if Russia has citizens like Brutus, one among the killers of Roman ruler Julius Ceasars, or Colonel Stauffenberg, a “German army officer best known for his failed attempt on July 20, 1944, to assassinate Adolf Hitler at the Wolf’s Lair.”
