Sumbo Adeoye, one of the baby mamas of Afrobeats legend,  Innocent Idibia aka Tuface has opened up on why she had a second child with the singer.

The mother of four who gave her reason during a recent live interview with Bishop Felix Adejumo of the Agape Christian Ministries, said some unfit counsel she got from friends influenced her decision.

According to her, these friends told her that if she had another kid for Tuface, it would cement her bond and ultimately lead to marriage.

Speaking during the live Instagram chat, she said: “They told me, i was the one in the house and i should give him another baby,” and I naively obliged.”

She went on to say her desired outcome didn’t eventually materialise and she was left feeling like a loser and got utterly disappointed.

She, however, added that she has forgiven those who pushed her to make such a bad choice, saying it eventually transformed her life, as God turned her shame into joy.

She said, “I usually tell a lot of people that it looks like bad choices, but today the Lord has turned things around for me, because my first child is going to college and i give God the glory that i did not abort that baby.”

Addressing single ladies, Sumbo Adeoye admonished women who are currently in her situation not to go back to their past, adding that going back will only fuel a recurrence of the same issue that made them leave.

“If you are in that situation right now, please don’t go back to your past, your past is a scam and your future is the truth. If you go back, you will continue to have a recurrence of the same issue,” she concluded.

She also confessed walking away from Tuface was the best decision she made in life as it led her to eventually meet the love of her life, Pastor Adeoye, the General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Royalty Christian Centre.

The clergyman lost his first wife,  Pastor Mrs Folake Adeoye to a brief illness in November 2011 but their marriage did not produce any child.
