Porn star, Stormy Daniel, has taken the witness stand to give ugly details of her affair with ex-President Donald Trump in a trial he alleged to be lopsided.
Trump is facing criminal prosecution over alleged illicit payment to Stormy Daniels where he is being charged with paying her off to keep quiet.
The payment was said to have been made in 2016 shortly before the U.S. presidential election. The payment itself is not the crime but the alleged use of campaign funds to execute the act.
Stormy Daniels on Tuesday took the witness stand to give details of her affair with Trump in a bid to sway the Jury, believed to be largely persons with Democratic leaning.
According to Trump, his lawyers were not given notice about Stormy Daniel appearance in court to testify.
He said: “I have just recently been told who the witness is today. This is unprecedented, no time for lawyers to prepare. No Judge has ever run a trial in such a biased and partisan way. He is CROOKED & HIGHLY CONFLICTED, even taking away my First Amendment Rights. Now he’s threatening me with JAIL, & THEY HAVE NO CASE – This according to virtually all Legal Scholars & Experts! Why isn’t the Fake News Media reporting his Conflict?”
During her testimony, Stormy alleged a number of scandalous details about her alleged affair with Trump.
In her testimony, Stormy Daniel claimed that when Trump showed her a photo of Melania, she said to him she was beautiful, and Trump said not to worry, “We don’t even sleep in the same room.”
She also claimed that Trump told her she looked like his daughter.
