Trump declares victory, says he’s now 45th, 47th US president 

Trump also promised to fix the border and US economy, adding that his second term in office “will be the golden age of America”

Former United States President and Republican Party presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has said he’s going to make America great again after he was projected to win the 2024 presidential election.

The incoming 47th President-elect of the US made this known in his speech on Wednesday while addressing voters after securing 266 electoral college votes, ahead of Kamara Harris, Presidential candidate of the Democratic Party (194).

Trump during the speech also promised to fix the border and US economy, adding that his second term in office “will be the golden age of America”

Speaking in front of his supporters, Republican Vice Presidential candidate, family and his campaign team, he said, “This is the greatest political movement of all time.

“We are going to help our country heal. We are going to fix our border.

“Our country was devastated before. I want to thank the American people for electing me as the 45th President and now the 47th President of the US.

“This will be the golden age of America.

“This victory will make America great again.”

Trump is expected to be declared the winner of the historic US election after garnering 270 electoral college votes.
