Tributes have continued to pour in for Tosyn Bucknor, the actress and OAP, who died early Tuesday morning. She died in her sleep, aged 37.
Until her death, she was a presenter at Inspiration Fm.
Bucknor started her career with Tee-A on Ekofm after which she interned at Coolfm where she hosted the Fun Hour Show on Saturdays.
Bucknor was a morning show radio host at Top Radio from 2009 before she joined Inspiration Fm. She was the only female radio host handling the morning belt.
Many described her as selfless and free-spirited.
Civil Society group, Enough is Enough (EiE), said that the late Tosyn inspired and collaborated with the group since 2014, through their flagship programme, No Wahala Monday.
Cityfm said on its Twitter page that her passion was unmatched,
“Your Energy unrivaled, You made people fall in love with your profession. You will be greatly missed,” it said.
Nigerian singer and actor, Jaywon, described her as a kind person.
“RIP Tosyn Bucknor. You were such a kind person. I dare say you lived a full life. Thank you for all the support you gave me from when I was signed to Kennis 2009. Rest well area mama,” Jaywon said.
Silverbird Television described her as a remarkable personality.
Bucknor had been married to Aurelien Boyer since 2015. She was said to have died from complications arising from Sickle Cell Anemia.
