Veteran Afrobeats singer and former member of ‘The Remedies’, Anthony Olanrewaju Awotoye, better known as Tony Tetuila, has called his ex-bandmate, Eedris Abdulkareem a “bloody liar” after he claimed that the now-defunct band accepted him out of pity.
Abdulkareem in a recent podcast interview said he and Eldee were the original members of ‘The Remedies’, adding that Tetuila only joined the group after they met him at a show in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
He went on to say Tetuila was “desperate to sing” and they let him into the musical group because they saw it as an opportunity to “sing more songs.”

He wondered why a grown up like the rapper would resort to lies just to score a cheap point.
Speaking via his social media page, he said: “I am highly disappointed in this guy, he is a bloody liar, how could a grown man like this be telling lies? Na GOD go punish who dey lie.”
