Ace Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Tiwa Savage has revealed what made her abandon her dream of following a career path in Nollywood and settled for music.
According to the ‘Koroba’ crooner, she wanted to become an actress but changed her mind and delved into music because of a man she had a crush on.
She made this known recently while featuring on a programme on popular music channel, MTV.
In her words, she ditched her “first love,” acting for music because the man she was crushing on was always around musicians and she wanted to be close to him.

Speaking during the interview, Tiwa Savage said, “I have always wanted to do acting. Acting was one of my first loves before music. I got into music because I had a crush on a guy and he was always around the musician so I said ‘yeah, forget acting and just go into music.’”
