Tinubu will be the Jagaban of Nigeria, says ’Kingibe

Kingibe told Tinubu: “You will move from Jagaban of Borgu to Jagaban of Nigeria; from Asiwaju of Lagos to Asiwaju of Nigeria.”

A former running mate to MKO Abiola in the 1993 election, Ambassador Babagana Kingibe, has boasted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, will emerge victorious at the poll in 2023.

Kingibe is believed to be one of the inner circle members of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Recall that after Babangida annulled the June 12, 1993 election, Kingibe switched loyalty away from MKO Abiola and pitched tent with the government.

According to Kingibe during a meeting g with Tinubu, he said the former Lagos State governor  would be Nigeria’s next President due to his sacrifices.
