Tinubu hails outgoing HoSF, Yemi-Esan, urges civil servants to follow her footsteps

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has highlighted some of the exceptional qualities of the outgoing Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoSF), Dr. Folashade Yemi-Esan, urging other civil servants to follow her footsteps.

The President acknowledged her impact via a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

According to the presidential spokesperson, the President while speaking at the State House, Abuja, during the swearing-in of the newly appointed Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Esther Didi Walson-Jack, hailed Yemi-Esan for her commitment to duty.

He also commended her for her loyalty, and vision, which guided the civil service through significant transformation and reforms.

He further noted that the outgoing HoSF has set high standards for public administration, praising her dedication to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and professionalism.

”We must learn from her commitment to duty, loyalty, and great vision. She served our nation exceptionally well with dedication, guiding the civil service through significant transformation and reforms.

”Her dedication to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and professionalism has set a high standard for public administration in this country.

”As she steps down, we express our deep gratitude for her unwavering commitment and the significant impact she has made in our country. We thank you very much,” President Tinubu said.

Turning to the new HoSF, the president charged her to equally serve the nation with integrity and transparency.
