Tania Omotayo received accolades from the online community over her response to critics who still tag her as Wizkid’s ex-girlfriend

Nigerian entrepreneur and socialite, Tania Omotayo, who used to be Wizkid’s girlfriend, is currently trending on social media over her blunt response in an interview.
Tania became popular after dating award-winning singer, Wizkid, for five years between 2011 to 2016 but broke up with him after he impregnated his second baby mama.
They were one of the most talked about couples back then as Wizkid even mentioned her name in his song ‘Jaiye Jaiye’ which featured Seun Kuti.

However, the CEO of Ziva kids and the mother of one has continued to live under the shadow of her relationship with Wizkid, as she still gets referred to as the singer’s ex-girlfriend years after breaking up with him.
In a recent chat with journalist, Chude Jideonwo he asked her how she feels when people refer to her as Wizkid’s ex despite being married to another man.
Her response caught many napping as she boldly stated that she was proud to have dated the singer and that she is not bothered that people still tie her to him.
Tania, in a blunt response, kept a straight face as she said: “Did I not date him?”
The video of the interview which has now gone viral is still trending as the online community applauded her for her bold and blunt response.
