Spurs knew they will qualify for the Champions League if they defeat already relegated Norwich at the Carrow Road

Arsenal missed the opportunity to play in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) after their North London rival, Spurs annihilated already relegated Norwich 5-0 at Carrow road.
The Lillywhites knew they would qualify for the Champions League if they beat Norwich, but Arsenal were hoping for a sleep-up from Spurs to leapfrog them into 4th place and earn the last UCL spot.
Spurs opened the scoring for the visitors in the 16th minute when Rodrigo Benatancur squared a ball for his former Juventus team-mate Dejan Kulusevski, who poked it home from six yards.

They doubled their advantage in the 32nd minute when a throw-in played to Tim Krul, was carelessly passed to Rodrigo Bentancur, whose cross was headed into an empty net by Harry Kane.
The visitors extended their lead in the 64th minute when Dejan Kulusevksi curled a beauty into the top corner to make it 3-0 to Spurs.
Heung-min Son then scored a brace in the 70th and 75th to make it 5-0 to the visitors, but Norwich City barely laid a finger on the Spurs
Antonio Conte’s men with the emphatic win earned the last Champion League position ahead of their North London rival, Arsenal.
