Nigerian singer and composer, Abbey Toyyib Elias better known as Skiibii has reacted to the allegations of drugging his ex-girlfriend, Dorcas Shola Fapson aka DSF and stealing from her while on vacation in Tanzania.

TheNiche had reported that the Nollywood actress, DSF, recently sent tongues wagging on social media after revealing how her ex-boyfriend drugged and dispossessed her of her valuables while on a trip.

She made this known during a chat with media personality Chude Jideonwo, she, however, did not name the ex-lover during the interview.

She said: “So that night we were drinking. I remember specifically he gave me a drink, I drank it. And then I passed out somehow.

“I woke up in the bed. So I woke up to check around for my phone, I didn’t see my phone. And normally I have my phone under my pillow. So I got up, and he’s next to me, and I’m like “do you have my phone?” cuz sometimes he has my phone, he has the password to my phone.

“So I’m like “do you have my phone?”, he’s like “no he doesn’t”. Bear in mind, this is the first day we got there right? I get up and my suitcase is out where I left it. Everywhere is scattered. My laptop is gone. My phones are gone. My Rolex is gone.”

Reacting to the allegation, Skiibii through a press statement released by his management refuted the  allegations by DSF.

According to his lawyer, the trip was funded by the thespian and TV presenter because she wanted to take the musician on a birthday trip to Zanzibar.

The statement further claimed Skiibii also lost two diamond necklaces, one rose gold Cartier wrist watch, 4 diamond rings, one iPhone, and some amount of money during the theft.

The Lawyer added that the singer remains a law-abiding citizen and he will be seeking redress for the defamatory statement in a court of law.
