When the first edition of Light Up Christmas concert holds in Lagos on November 30, it will feature international artistes like Sinach, Frank Edwards, Buchi, Lara George, Cobhams and Wiwe Nikita.
Holding at Eko Hotels and Suites, the organisers said Light Up is the first music and arts concert “which brings together key officials and customers of respective corporate organisations, families and high net-worth individuals to usher in the Christmas season”.
It will be a night of music and dance drama.
Chief Executive Officer of one of the organisation behind the concert, Red Ribbon Limited, Tunde Shofowora, said the event is different from any other Christmas musical concert that had ever been hosted in Nigeria.
“(It) sets the best mood for the Christmas season, provides a unique platform for your organisation to give a treat to your valuable customers, while also creating great networking opportunity,” he said.
Explaining that arrangements have been made for a very successful event, Shofowora assured that all the artistes advertised will take part in the concert.
He said corporate bodies and individuals have opportunity to be sponsors under the platinum, diamond, gold, silver and individual categories.
The other company involved in the project is Think Music Concepts, a non-profit organisation that brings together the youths who are committed to using the power of music to bring about change in the city.
