Vice President, Kashim Shettima has arrived at the Court of Appeal Complex, Abuja to witness the delivery of judgement in the petitions challenging his election and that of his principal, Bola Tinubu as the winners of the 2023 presidential election.
Also at the complex located at the Three Arms Zone, Shehu Shagari Way, Central Business District of the nation’s capital, FCT are the Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed and his Nasarawa State counterpart, Abdullahi Sule.
Shettima, who was accompanied to the courtroom by a retinue of security operatives, donned a white agbada with a multi-coloured cap.
Also seen at the venue where the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) is set to deliver its verdict are All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, Imo State governor, Hope Uzodinma, Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello and Minister of State for defense, Bello Matawale.

Equally present in the court are Ekiti State governor, Biodun Oyebanji, Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila and Yobe State governor, Maimala Buni.
The Vice President was accompanied into the courtroom by APC supporters accredited to witness the delivery of the judgement.
Lawyers to the PDP presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku, led by Chief Chris Uche, SAN, have also arrived in the courtroom.
Meanwhile, President Bola Tinubu will not be physically present in court, as he has travelled to New Delhi, India, for the G-20 Summit.
He will, however, be able to watch proceedings of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal because the judgement delivery will be televised.
TheNiche had earlier reported that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal announced that it is set to deliver judgement in petitions filed against the outcome of the 2023 presidential election today, Wednesday, September 6.
