The housemates participated in the head of the house task on Monday, and Pere won to become the third Head of House (HOH) after Peace and Boma, he thereafter picked Maria as his assistant.
Thereafter, they proceeded to vote and pick housemates that would be up for eviction this week. Five housemates, Saga, Nini, Arin, Emmanuel and Tega were later announced as those up for eviction.
Big Brother later instructed Pere, the HOH, to save one of the housemates nominated and replace him or her with another housemate.
He, in turn, saved Saga, and replaced him with the 21-year-old Saskay, leaving the final list to now exclude Saga, who has earlier been nominated and now include Saskay.
With the entrance of four new housemates on Sunday and the exit of 3 others, controversies, re-alignment of forces and new cliques have started emerging in the big brother house.
The entrance of Kayvee to the game, for instance, have strained the romantic relationship brewing between Angel and Sammie, as Angel seem to have now ditched Sammie for the new entrant, Kayvee.
Sammie accused Angel of flirting with Kayvee and it resulted in a heated argument that degenerated into the two aspiring lovers insulting each other before other house members stepped in.
Jackie B who shared the Head of House room with Boma the week before, seem to have dumped him for Micheal, one of the new housemates, who also came in on Sunday.
Queen who seems to have been fascinated by White Money’s ability to cook, has also expressed her admiration for his ability in the kitchen. Though she clarified she has no romantic feelings towards him.
The re-alignments emerging in the house has certainly added a different dimension, more entertainment and spice to the game. Fans of the show are indeed in for a time of their life.
