Samklef said via Instagram: “I’m behind Verydarkman’s arrest. I have a serious death threat case with him.”

Afrobeats leading music producer, Samuel Oguachuba better known as Samklef has claimed he was responsible for the arrest of controversial social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse aka Verydarkman.
Reports were rife on Sunday that the self acclaimed social critic was once again picked up, weeks after he was released by the police.
Verydarkman has been in and out of police custody since the beginning of this year, following his collisions with different Nigerian celebrities.

Reacting to his latest arrest, Samklef wrote in a post he shared on his Instagram page: “I’m behind Verydarkman’s arrest. I have a serious death threat case with him.
“Verydarkman has been arrested! Oya poor envy children make una go protest for una hero. I Samklef, is one of the people behind him being arrested! Don’t play! E needs extra cellcation.”
Meanwhile, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command, has debunked the news of Verydarkman’s arrest.
According to DAILY POST, the Police Public Relations Officer of the FCT, SP Josephine Adeh, said he was only invited for questioning.
She further added that he was questioned over allegations of cyberstalking, cyberbullying and defamation of character and was released immediately after he made a statement on the allegations levelled against him by an individual.
