Ronke Odusanya, Nollywood actress, and her ex-lover, Jago have been enmeshed in a child custody battle, a court has now declared him wanted

Nollywood actress, film producer, and stage performer. Ronke Odusanya, and her ex-lover, Olanrewaju Saheed, known as Jago, were once inseparable, but are now enmeshed in a messy paternity fight.
The social media space was awash with the new news of the break up of the two love birds earlier this year, it however became dirtier when the actress instituted a case in court over the custody of their daughter.
In the latest development, a Magistrates Court in Lagos State has declared Jago wanted for failing to appear in court after an initial bench warrant.

On the 10th of February, 2021, Jago asked the court to sanction a DNA test of their daughter to determine her paternity before proceeding with the custody case. The court granted his prayer but asked him to pay for the test.
Since the verdict was delivered, Jago has stalled proceeding by refusing to show up for the case, thereafter, the court issued a bench warrant on him on October 13, 2021, but he ignored it.
The court has now been forced to issue another bench warrant on December 15th, declaring him wanted once again.
The bench warrant reads:
“UPON THIS CAUSE coming up before this Honourable Court today the 15th day of December, 2021.
“AND PURSUANT to the Oral Application of the Applicant’s Counsel in the open Court made on the 15th December 2021.
“IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
“That this Honourable Court hereby ordered that the Respondent (Saheed Olarenwaju Aranmolate) whose whereabout is unknown and making it difficult to execute the order of Court be declared as a wanted person. Where ever he may be.”
Ronke Odusanya, once cleared the air on the issue of her child’s paternity via an Instagram post in 2019, where she stated that Jago is the father of the girl.
