Soldiers from Nigerian Army have taken position on major streets and mounted barricades in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital as the residents get set to vote in legislative elections today.
As early as 4am, they took over GRA junction on Aba road.
The soldiers were seen questioning motorists before allowing them drive across mounted barricades.
