West Ham midfielder, Declan Rice has told former Liverpool midfielder, Danny Murphy, that he cannot wait to complete his move to Arsenal in this summer’s transfer window.
Murphy made this known while speaking on FIVE, where he claimed he met Rice outside a cafe and spoke to him about his imminent transfer to the Emirates.
The Hammer’s captain during the encounter with the former Reds player also revealed he had discussions with Gunners boss, Mikel Arteta, whom he said was magical.

Speaking during the show, Murphy said: “I’ve got to say, it’s worth saying I saw Dec on Sunday at the cafe.
“He was outside, I popped out to see him, I was just ordering a full English, actually.
“And we were chatting, and he was buzzing. He couldn’t wait to get to Arsenal. He said Arteta was magic when he met him,”
Arsenal recently agreed a fee of £105million with West Ham United to sign Rice, who is now set to have his medicals this week and subsequently unveiled as a player of the north London club.
The transfer when fully completed, will make the England international the most expensive English player of all time.
