Nigerian rapper, Oludemilade Alejo, popularly known as Ycee, has come out to say he is trying out a new approach with women and will henceforth stop being a “nice guy.”
The 29-year-old musician during an Instagram live session with his fans on Saturday, said being nice to women has not paid off for him, so he is trying to be mean.
He said, “I am trying hard to be wicked but I love women so much. I am trying hard to be wicked to women this year because all the years of being a nice guy did not pay me. I was just suffering and smiling.

In the course of the Q&A session, he also said he needed a child in his life but wondered how he is going to balance his new resolution and his latest desire to have a child.
“I need a child in my life and it is a bit tricky because I just said it’s ‘wickedness’ from here on. So how am I planning to have kids?” Ycee added
Ycee gained popularity after his single “Condo”, which featured Patoranking, earned him two nominations at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment.
He signed a record deal with Sony Music in October 2016, but terminated his contract with the label in February 2018 and later joined Tinny Entertainment.
In January 2019, he announced on Instagram that he left Tinny Entertainment, and announced the launch of his record label ANBT, an acronym for Ain’t Nobody Badder Than.
