Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable was recently sighted with some of his fans around a mosque after returning home from prison.

Portable was on Monday arraigned at the Ifo High Court on six counts bordering on assault by the Ogun State Police Command, after he was taken into custody on Friday following the expiration of a 72-hours ultimatum issued to him.

Delivering his ruling on bail application made by his counsel, Magistrate A.S. Soneye said, his offences are bailable and granted him bail with a bail bond of N300,000, two sureties who must reside within the jurisdiction of the court.

The court, however, ruled that the defendant be transferred to the Ilaro Correctional Centre, pending the time his bail requirements are met.

However, upon meeting bail conditions, the singer was finally allowed to go home, and his return to his area made fans happy.

In a viral video sighted online after Portable’s release, a group of young boys were seen running after him in the vicinity of a mosque.
