Talented French midfielder Paul Pogba and five other players have been informed by the Manchester United hierarchy that their services will no longer be required after their contracts expire this summer.
According to the Daily Mirror, Pogba and five other Red Devil players which include Jesse Lingard, Edinson Cavani, Juan Mata, Tahith Chong, and Lee Grant will be allowed to leave Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, United have also made it clear to another six other players who are unhappy and are desperate to leave the club that a new manager will have to come in before their future will be decided.
Man United are hoping to sign Ajax manager, Erik ten Hag as their new permanent boss to replace Ralf Rangnick who is currently in charge on an interim basis.

Paris St Germain coach Mauricio Pochettino is also being considered alongside some other managers but Erik ten Hag is believed to be their main target.
The new manager is expected to make a huge overhaul at the club and determine the faith of the likes of Anthony Martial, Donny van de Beek, Dean Henderson, Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe, and Eric Bailly, who are keen on leaving the club this summer.
The club is unwilling to sell the six players until they find replacements for them, they are also expected to get the chance to impress the new manager before a decision is taken on them
Meanwhile, Pogba recently criticised Ralf Rangnick, who he accused of not giving him a specific role at United, and compared him to the French national team coach Didier Deschamps, who he said he has enjoyed working with.
