Piers Morgan told Osimhen to leave Napoli for Arsenal following a controversial post by the Serie A club

Popular British broadcaster, Piers Morgan has urged Victor Osimhen to switch to North London club, Arsenal as he ponders on suing Napoli.
TheNiche earlier reported that Osimhen frowned at a social media post shared on Tuesday by his club, Napoli and threatened to sue the club.
The Italian outfit had posted a TikTok video that appeared to have mocked the Super Eagles striker after he missed a penalty during their 0-0 draw with Bologna last weekend.
His agent, Roberto Calenda, later slammed the Serie A champions for the now-deleted post.
Calenda said: “What happened today on Napoli’s official profile on the TikTok platform is not acceptable. A video mocking Victor was first made public and then, but now belatedly, deleted.
“A serious fact that causes very serious damage to the player and adds to the treatment that the boy is suffering in the last period between media trials and fake news. We reserve the right to take legal action and any useful initiative to protect Victor”

Reacting to the development, Piers Morgan, an ardent Arsenal fan, advised Osimhen not to take the treatment by Napoli lightly.
He went on to tell the Nigerian international to consider switching from the Serie A club to Premier League giants, Arsenal next year.
In a tweet via his X (formerly Twitter) account, Morgan wrote on Tuesday night: “Don’t take this terrible treatment @victorosimhen9 – come to Arsenal instead.”
Osimhen was linked with Arsenal, Manchester and Chelsea earlier this year.
Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle and Everton also reportedly showed interest in the Nigerian international in the last two transfer windows.
