Wolves manager, Vitor Pereira has traced his team’s 2-0 win over Manchester United in a Premier League played game on Thursday night to the solidarity among his players.
Two goals from Matheus Cunha and Hwang Hee-chan gave Wolves the victory over Ruben Amorim’s side at Molineux on Boxing day.
Speaking after the impressive win, Pereira suggested that the “spirit” of the team gave Wolves the upper hand over the Red Devils.
According to him, his players suffered together as a team against their more illustrious opponent, competing and fighting for each ball.

He added, “They are ready to run, to fight, to compete for each ball, and this is the click for confidence.
“I feel that they have confidence to play, to win the duels, this is the most important for me. I feel the energy of the supporters and the atmosphere is special here. I’m very happy inside.”
