P-Square reconciles Timaya, J Martins, after 7 years of feud

Timaya and J Martins buried 7 years feud on Christmas day after Peter and Paul Okoye settled their rift at the Livespot X Festival in Lagos

The musical duo of P-Square finally ends the feud between two popular Nigerian singers, Timaya and J Martins after they last spoke with each other seven years ago. 

Timaya and J Martins were once close and collaborated on a song but have since fallen out with each other and had not spoken in years.

The duo however performed at P-Square’s Livespot X Festival, which was held on Christmas day in Lagos.

The show, which saw Peter and Paul Okoye perform together for the first time in 4 years, also featured  A-list musical artists such as  Flavour, May D, Bracket, Reekado Banks, and a host of others.

In a video that has since gone viral, Peter Okoye revealed Timaya and J Martins had not spoken to each other for seven years before they were reconciled. 

He said: “Listen, they were not talking for seven years.”

In the video clip, Timaya Jokingly chipped in and said: “It is because we don’t have anything to say.” with J Martins putting his arms around his shoulders.

Thereafter, they all burst into laughter and the crowd joined in amid cheers, excitement, and jubilation.

Meanwhile, P-Square on the same day,  revealed Tony Elumelu, a Nigerian businessman and Philanthropist, made their reconciliation possible, the brothers thanked him on stage and apologized to Nigerians for their actions.
