A former lawmaker who represented Kaduna Central in the Senate, Shehu Sani, has commended the Igbo sociocultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, for regularly holding transparent elections in choosing its leaders.
In a tweet, he says Ohanaeze stands out among all the other sociocultural organisations in keeping to the democratic tradition of choosing it’s leader through transparent and verifiable elections.
He says: “Of all the major Socio cultural groups in ALL parts of the country,Ohaneze outstandingly holds regular,transparent and openly verifiable elections.”
