Ondo new HoS, Ogundele charges workers on dedication to duty

Ogundele said some civil servants whose appointments await mainstreaming and regularization will receive attention in due course.

Civil Servants in the service of 0ndo State have been charged to be dedicated to duty and make loyalty their watchword.      

The new Head of Service (HoS) in Ondo state, Pastor Kayode 0laniyi 0gundele who gave the charge during his official visit to the State Universal Basic Education (SUBEB) said his appointment is to build on the success of his predecessors in term of quality service delivery.        

Ogundele maintained that his administration will focus on how best to take the government to a higher level urging workers to give their maximum support at achieving a prime success.

He however commended the state civil servants for living above board in discharging their duties at their various duty posts. 

The Head of Service reiterated that some civil servants whose appointment awaits mainstreaming and regularization will receive attention in due course.

The SUBEB Chairman, Rt.Hon Victor 0labimtan who received the new Head of Service and his visiting team congratulated the him for his credible past records which earned him the unique.

According to him, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu know how to reward dedication and loyalty.

0labimtan advised pension board under the office of Head of Service to look on how best to plan the payment of retirees in accordance to their retirement dates.    

Earlier in his welcome remark, the Permanent Secretary, SUBEB, Chief ‘Dele Akinnagbe described the new Head of Service as a man with sound mind who know the civil service inside out.
