An official announcement of the deal for the ball-playing Cameroonian goal-stopper is expected to be made today (Thursday).
Onana, who cost the Red Devils a fee of around £47 million, will become United’s new number-one stopper, following the exit of David De Gea as a free agent after his contract at Old Trafford expired.
He once played under United boss, Erik Ten Hag when he managed Dutch club, Ajax.
