Olamide, Burna Boy, console Davido over son’s death 

Olamide penned a condolence message to Davido, praying for strength for him to be able to bear the painful loss in a recent social media post

Music stars, Olamide Adedeji better known as Olamide and Damini Ogulu a.k.a Burnaboy have joined many Nigerians and other celebrities to mourn the demise of Ifeanyi Adeleke, the first son of their colleague, David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido.

Ifeanyi on Monday, October 31, drowned in his father’s Banana Island swimming pool and was rushed to Lagoon Hospital on Bourdillon road, Ikoyi, Lagos where he was pronounced dead. 

His death shocked many Nigerians, especially his father’s fans and colleagues, as he had only recently celebrated his third birthday.

Reacting to the news of his death, Olamide, via a post on his Instagram page, penned a condolence message to Davido, praying for strength for him to be able to bear the painful loss.

He wrote: “I wish you divine strength to overcome these dark times my brother.”

Another prominent singer, Burna Boy, who recently exchanged banter with the DMWboss on social media, set aside their music rivalry to mourn Ifeanyi.

In a post via his Instastory, Burna Boy shared a bird and heartbreak emoji.
