Ogijo community hails Abiodun for reimbursing electrification fund

The Ogijo Community in Sagamu Local Government Area of Ogun State, on Monday described Governor Dapo Abiodun as a great achiever, who always keeps promises made to the people.

In a letter dated 4th September 2023, signed by Ologijo of Ogino, Alayeluwa Oba Kazeem Gbadamosi on behalf of the Ogijo Electrification Project Committee, the Community appreciated Prince Abiodun for electrifying the Community, thereby improving the socio-economic lives of the residents.

According to the letter, the governor who promised to reimburse the Community for the Electrification project, has since redeemed his promise for the project which was completed on August 25, 2023.

The letter reads: “The entire residents and members of Ogijo and its environs in Sagamu Local Government of Ogun State, heartily appreciate our amiable and ever truthful governor for yet another promise delivered to our people on the reimbursement of the Community electrification project fund.

“We are delighted to inform your Excellency that the project was completed on Friday, 25th August, 2023 and our communities are being powered on in phases as their network and substations are certified okay.

“We are eternally grateful for your benevolence and kind gesture towards the people of Ogijo and its environs in Sagamu Local Government and the entire Ogun State. We appreciate you and we pray for the continued success of your administration and your future political aspirations and endeavors.

“Thank you, Your Excellency. Be assured of our loyalty at all times.”
