Celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest has received several knocks and reprimand from Nigerians who feel uncomfortable with the manner he has been warning and threatening uninvited guests to steer clear of David Adeleke’s wedding to Chioma Roland.
David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, will be joined in matrimony to his heartthrob, Chioma Roland in a ceremony exclusively for only invited guests.
Cubana Chief Priest in a video on social media, was heard warning uninvited guests to steer clear otherwise they would be used as content (they will be embarrassed).
The threat has annoyed not a few Nigerians who feel the celebrity barman was overreaching himself.
@emmaikumeh said: “Cubana Chief has made Davido and Chioma’s wedding more about threats than the joy that comes out of wedding your loved one. Every minute he is issuing one useless threat, as if the wedding is heaven. Congratulations to Davido and Chioma.”
@sir_enike said: “As if the wedding will reduce the cost of food in the market or give Nigerians 247 power supply or increase the value of the Naira against the Dollar. Nobody will die for not attending the wedding nor will anything happen otherwise for attending the wedding. It’s just noise and it’s too much already. They should stop all the childish noise about the wedding, let the couple marry in peace and live their lives. Wish the couple well, that’s what is more important, not the noise.”
@bummiearo said: “But why are people wailing that nobody should come if not invited? This seems to now be content and worrying to me. The location was not even made public, so how will people even attend if not invited. Let’s calm down with this narrative.”
@donchia said: “The wedding will happen without any fuss! Just wishing them a happy home, which is more important than all this brouhaha.”
