Reno Omokri, a former aide on social media to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, has said that he would join other Nigerians in the United Kingdom from his base in the U.S. to protest against Buhari’s visit to London.
Buhari visited London on May 30th on a two weeks medical leave which his media aide, Femi Adesina, said was for routine medical checkup.
But Omokri said he would mobilize Nigerians to prevail on Buhari to return to Nigeria.
He tweeted: “Dear Nigerians in The UK, General @MBuhari is in London. He is at Abuja House, 2 Campden Hill, Kensington, London W8 7AD. Go and harass him back to Nigeria. He can’t kill peaceful #EndSARS protesters at #LekkiMassacre and come to UK to give himself life
“For the #HarassBuhariOutOfLondon protest tomorrow at 12 noon, we will observe UK #COVID19 protocols by marching in groups of 6, maintaining social distance. 2 Campden Hill, Kensington, London W8 7AD. Take the tube to Notting Hill Gate. Walk from there to Abuja House, using Google.”
