Many Nigerians support Bishop of the Living Faith Church, David Oyedepo and his wife, Faith, on their comments against the equality in marriage demanded by feminists. But others kicked, saying the couple prescription was outdated.

Oyedepo says women seeking marriage equality should not get married. His wife, Faith, added that women questioning their husband’s authority in the home are demon-possessed.

@ renoomokri says: “i fully align with Bishop Oyedepo’s position that wives are to be subject to husbands in all things. It may not be popular, but it is Scriptural-Eph 5:22. It is not compulsory to abide by this to be a wife. But it is compulsory to abide by this to be a Christian!

A Twitter user, @lordJunaif agrees: “They will not hear,they will not listen….. divorce every where,failed marriages up and down……you have said it all ma.”
