A Nigerian popular artist, David Adeleke, popularly known as DAVIDO has joined thousands of Nigerian who were protesting against the brutality of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) in Abua.
Davido had tweeted on Saturday that he would be joining the demonstration to demand for the scrapping of the deadly squad.
The artist arrived the venue where the protesters were regrouping to continue with the demonstration.
His arrival sparked jubilation among the protesters while many frowned his late arrival.
He, nevertheless, led thousands of protesters back to the force headquarters to demand for compensation for the victims of extra judicial killings by the special squad.
