The Federal Government has given two weeks extension to the Presidential Taskforce on the Apapa gridlock to resolve the matter following a request for an extension by members of the task force and other stakeholders.

According to a statement by Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media & Publicity, Laolu Akande, the extension was approved by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, at a meeting of the Presidential Taskforce with stakeholders at the Presidential Villa.
