Nigerian-born US flight attendant hailed after addressing passengers in pidgin, Yoruba

The Nigerian-born flight attendant caught his passengers unawares when he addressed them in Nigerian languages, an action, which drew a loud applause

Nigerians on social media have showered encomium on a Nigerian-born flight attendant, who proudly used Nigerian languages while addressing the passengers. 

The netizens couldn’t hide their excitement after seeing a now-viral video where the US flight attendant while doing the passenger announcements (PA) spoke in different Nigerian languages.  

Nollywood actor, Muyiwa Ademola,  who was equally proud of what he saw, shared the video on his Instagram page with a caption that partly read, “This is beautiful! Naija No Dey Carry Last! We are super proud of you. Best wishes always bro.”

The Nigerian-born attendant taking hold of the public address system on a Lagos-bound Delta airline flight from Atlanta in the United States urged the passengers to relax and enjoy the trip. 

He went on to say it was the first time he will be going with the airline to Nigeria and added that the trip will take about 10 hours and 30 minutes, and the enthusiastic passengers celebrated his feat by charging him and giving him rousing applause. 

He then caught them unawares after introducing himself as a Nigerian-born attendant, by speaking in Yoruba and pidgin languages. This drew further excitement as the passengers even hailed him more.
