Arsenal have had a brilliant start this season and they are currently sitting top of the Premier League (PL), but despite that, former United defender, Gary Neville, thinks the club at best will finish fourth this season.
He made the assertion, while predicting the clubs that will finish in PL’s top four positions this season on Sky Sports.
According to Neville, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City will retain the Premier League trophy this season.

The United legend also said Liverpool will recover from their poor start to the campaign and finish second, while Antonio Conte’s tutored side, Tottenham Hotspur will come third ahead of Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Neville said, “I think City, Liverpool and Tottenham will finish in the top three. [Then it’s between] Chelsea, Arsenal and Man United.
“You think Liverpool will come good don’t you because of what they’ve done. I think United will struggle to get into the top four, personally. I just think Tottenham, Liverpool and City will.”
He went on to say, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United will fight for the fourth position.
“I think it will be between Arsenal, Chelsea and United, I just think the other two are slightly better,” he added.
